Areas of Interest

Prof. Radosavljević focuses on semiconductor devices and nanotechnology. He researches monolithic 3D integration and its role in extending Moore’s Law by enabling dense vertical stacking of logic devices, as well as the integration of heterogeneous materials to improve performance, power efficiency, and functionality. Across academic, industry, and international venues, he examines both the opportunities and challenges of monolithic versus heterogeneous integration, explores new materials for logic transistors, and addresses system-level implications for advanced and future technology nodes. advanced logic transistor scaling and next-generation integration strategies for future semiconductor technologies.
