Professor of Electrical Engineering Vijay Gupta is one of the newly elevated 2022 IEEE Fellows for his contributions to networked and cyber-physical systems.
Prof. Gupta’s research interests are in the analysis and design of cyber-physical systems. Such systems are the next generation of engineering systems and involve tightly coupled control, communication, and processing algorithms. Applications include structural health monitoring, medical devices, and smart power grids.
